This bright and sunny herbal butter is formulated specifically for the face with a host of skin-loving ingredients. The super-star ingredient, Bakuchiol, is gaining a reputation as a natural retinol alternative without the negative effects associated with retinol. Mango Seed Butter, Shorea Butter, MCT  (Fractionated Coconut) Oil and Jojoba Oil as the base gives this product a hydrating feel without being too heavy on the skin and suitable for acne-prone skin. Sea Buckthorn Extract, rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids, supports a healthy skin barrier, may help reduce fine lines and wrinkles, reduces inflammation and gives further support for hydration. Tamanu Oil, often called the "skin healer" oil, supports the repair of damaged skin while lending an earthy aroma to the butter. A blend of high quality Citrus Essential Oils and Vanilla CO2 oil gives the product its uplifting citrus and vanilla aroma.

Mangifera Indica (Mango) Seed Butter, Shorea Robusta Seed Butter, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (MCT Oil), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Hippophae Rhamnoides (Sea Buckthorn) Extract, Bakuchiol, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Citrus Reticulata (Green Mandarin) Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Santalum Album (Sandalwood) Oil, Vanilla Planifolia (Vanilla) Fruit Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Tocopherol (Vitamin E Oil).

TO USE:

Only a tiny, pea-sized amount is needed to cover the entire face with a light layer for day use. To create more of a nourishing night-time butter mask effect, use about double that amount. When used this way, this butter should last you a really long time!

I personally use it during pregnancy on my belly to alleviate itchy belly without the extremely oily (though nourishing) effects of cocoa or shea butter. Like with anything around pregnancy and health in general: don't take my word for it. Talk to your provider about pregnancy safe herbs and ingredients.
